How Do You Create Our Breathtaking 3D Tours?
We place our 4k quality 3D Camera in several locations throughout your space. In each location we do a 360 degree scan of the space and upload it to the cloud for digital processing.
How Long Does It Take Until I Receive The Final Product From You?
Every job is a little different depending on the package purchased, the size of the property, and our current workload, but below are some general guidelines on time required to complete each of our Real Estate Packages. Need something in a rush? Just let us know! Sometimes we can accommodate quicker turnarounds.
Economy Package- Finished by the next evening.
3D Package- Finished by the next evening.
3D Plus Package- Finished by the next evening.
VIP Package- Typically finished within 48 hours.
Commercial Packages- Typically finished by the next evening, but dependent on scope/size.
How Large Of A Space Can You 3D Scan?
We can complete up to 600 scans per space, which can be up to 50,000 sq ft. Have something larger than that? We may be able to split it up in to multiple spaces, such as different floors or Scan it with another one of 3D Tour Options.
What Should I Do To Prepare My Property?
What Happens If I Need To Reschedule Or Cancel A Booking?
We understand that schedules change on the fly, so we attempt to be as flexible as possible with our clients. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any reschedules or cancellations. Any reschedules or cancellations within 24 hours of the confirmed scheduled booking will incur a $50 rescheduling/cancellation fee.
Are you Bonded and Insured?
While many in the Real Estate Photography industry aren’t, we absolutely are! We can provide documentation of these upon request. Tip: If you choose to go with another photograph always ask this question to limit your liability.
Is your drone pilot licensed?
Absolutely! Our Drone Pilot is FAA Part 107 Licensed and Insured as required by law. Did you know?: Because the Drone images are being used for the sell of a home, they are considered Commercial Use and therefore require a licensed pilot to take them. Realtors using photos from an Unlicensed Drone Pilot risk a $10,000 penalty! Many low cost Real Estate Photographers are using unlicensed and uninsured pilots, so always ask!
